  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Credits and Usage

  • Message credits are consumed based on actual message delivery.
  • Unused credits expire according to your subscription plan terms.
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Message delivery rates vary based on Meta's WhatsApp pricing tiers.
  • We reserve the right to limit usage that affects platform stability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We do not guarantee message delivery rates or timing, as these depend on WhatsApp's infrastructure and policies.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
