We want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Subscription Plans
- Within 7 days: Full refund if no messages have been sent
- 7-30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused portion, minus used credits
- After 30 days: No refund for the current billing period
Credit Purchases
- Unused credits: Full refund within 7 days of purchase
- Partially used: Refund for unused credits at original rate
- After 30 days: No refunds for credit purchases
Free Trial
Free trial credits are non-refundable as no payment is collected. If you convert from trial to paid, the 7-day refund policy applies from the date of first payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have already been used to send messages
- WhatsApp Business API verification fees (charged by Meta)
- Custom development or integration services
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Processing fees and transaction charges
- Promotional or discounted credits purchased during sales
4. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for refund request.
Step 2: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and verify eligibility based on this policy.
Step 3: Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Unused credits remain available until subscription end date
- No automatic renewal after cancellation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Note: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Please submit a refund request separately if eligible.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your payment or billing:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide transaction details and nature of the dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If an error occurred, we will correct it and issue appropriate refund
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:
- Report the issue to our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- Credits may be extended or refunded for downtime exceeding 24 hours
- Platform-wide outages may qualify for service credits
